Studio apartment No 6 is adjacent the back stairs on the upper flat of a ferro concrete apartment building located in Spanish Town, Ladyville, Belize. Apart from this apartment building which has a total of 6 single units, there is also a bungalow building on this totally fenced premises.

It is ideal for a single person or maximum an out of town working couple who come to Belize City to work during the week.

Upon entering your attention is immediately drawn to the coolness due to the high concrete ceiling/roof, good cross ventilation which is the effect of five windows and a screened burglar bar door.

A matrimonial bed, an open closet, microwave, full size refrigerator and a 32” HD flat screen TV are all supplied with this studio. Besides that the bathroom is fully tiled and has a 30 gallon hot water heater. There is a fixed concrete table 24” x 28” and two relatively large shelves, 4’ x 2’ each for storing suitcases and larger items. Space and connections for a washing machine are also available in the bathroom. Parking is available for one vehicle and an electric gate opener is also available.

There is a kitchenette with an electric double burner and a bar style kitchen sink. No air-conditioning or living/dining room area in this studio. NO pets are allowed.

Ladyville public transportation is about a 5-minute walk and the public buses from the northern part of the country is about a 10 minute walk. Small mom and pop shops are 3 minutes away and larger supermarkets are about 12 to 15 minute walk.
It is approximately 11’ wide x 19’ in length or approximately 210 square feet.

Besides for the above-mentioned items which are supplied, the rates for this studio apartment are inclusive of electricity with a limit and water.
