Apartment number 2 is on the west side of the lower flat of Offhand Manor’s Apartment Complex.

The lower flat is still about five feet higher than highway. The front entrance takes you first through the living room on your left and pantry area located under the steps, then the bar counter area which serves as the dining area and also divides the kitchen. Here on your right is the study area and a door to go downstairs or connecting door to number 1 apartment. On your left is the kitchen and laundry area which leads onto a covered veranda. To the rear of the apartment is a large bedroom area with his and her closets and a spacious tiled bathroom with yet another closet for storing towels, linen, etc.  

The foot gate at the entrance can be opened with the use of a key or opened electronically from each apartment. The main entrance sliding gate for vehicular traffic can also be electronically operated from each apartment or a remote control.   Also located at the main entrance is a buzzer and video intercom system connected to each apartment.
