Description

It is ideal for a single person or maximum an out of town working couple who come to Belize City to work during the week.

This unit has good cross ventilation with the many windows and screened burglar bar doors at the front and back. It is also equipped with an air conditioner unit in the bedroom.

A matrimonial bed, an open closet, full size refrigerator and a 32” HD flat screen TV are all supplied with this studio. Besides that, the bathroom is fully tiled and has a hot water heater. There is a fixed concrete table 24” x 28” and two relatively large shelves, 4’ x 2’ each for storing suitcases and larger items. Space and connections for a washing machine are also available in the bathroom. Parking is available for one vehicle and an electric gate opener is also available.

There is NO kitchenette or living/dining room area in this studio. NO pets are allowed.

This room does not qualify as handicap ready, however it does have several handicap bars especially near the bed and in the bathroom to assist an elderly person.

Ladyville public transportation is about a 5-minute walk and the public buses from the northern part of the country is about a 10 minute walk. Small mom and pop shops are 3 minutes away and larger supermarkets are about 12 to 15 minute walk.

It is approximately 11’ wide x 19’ in length or approximately 210 square feet.

Besides for the above-mentioned items which are supplied, the rates for this studio apartment are inclusive of electricity with a limit and water.
