To the rear of the apartment is a large bedroom area with his and her closets and a spacious tiled bathroom with yet another closet for storing towels, linen, etc.

The foot gate at the entrance can be opened with the use of a key or opened electronically from each apartment. The main entrance sliding gate for vehicular traffic can also be electronically operated from each apartment or a remote control. Also located at the main entrance is a buzzer and video intercom system connected to each apartment.
