Four spacious fully tiled one bedroom apartments are inside this ferro-concrete building with each apartment letting out onto an open private veranda and on the ground floor there is a 2 bedroom apartment which is handicap friendly.

Apartment number 2 is on the west side of the  first floor, which is still about five feet higher than highway.
